UW Affiliate After-Hours Request

This form should be used for UW hosted events requested by UW Faculty, Staff, or Registered Student Organization Officers during times when a building is not accessible by the UW Community. Example: weekends, holidays, evenings, early mornings, interim breaks.

This form should not be used for general inquiries or for requests in the following buildings: ARC, DEN, FSH, GLD, JHN, KNE, MGH, or NAN. Requests for classrooms in these buildings should be made via Mazevo.

Building hours are defined by the individual Building Coordinator. Academic Technologies does not control or define building hours in most buildings. Building Coordinator permission is required for after-hours use. A building access plan must already be in place before this form is submitted.

All room requests should be made at least two weeks in advance. Requests are accepted up to two years in advance of the event date.
