This form should be used for requesting event equipment and resources for select spaces in the Health Sciences buildings.
This form should not be used for requesting:
- Equipment and resources in KNE, MGH, JHN, or NAN. Requests for equipment and resources in these buildings can be made through the room request process itself or by contacting our office directly.
- Equipment and resources in General Assignment Classrooms. We do not provide additional equipment or resources in these spaces. Available classroom equipment and resources are listed on the Classroom Features page.
Requests may be submitted as long as there is an existing room request associated with the event and should be made at least XX days in advance.
